While Channing Tatum has only been officially declared as a producer to the film, we are not the only ones hoping that he will also pick up the role as the lead Ghostbuster Dr. Peter Venkman. Charismatic, charming, and arrogant, Venkman talks his way through any sticky situation, and uses his frontman charm to get what he wants.

The real brains of the operation, Dr. Egon Spengler often takes a bit of a backseat role. Spengler is sometimes seen as tall and awkward, but makes up for it in his intelligence when it comes to science. While he is the main creator of all the Ghostbusters' equipment, he lacks in social capability, which is why we nominate Michael Cera, loveable, geeky and a king of comedy, to take on the role of Dr. Egon Spengler.

Dr. Peter Venkman intermixes work and play when he pursues Dana Barrett during an assignment to rid her apartment of paranormal activity. While Barrett is normally reserved, once she is possessed by a spirit, she becomes fiery and seductive, and we nominate sexy and sweet Alison Brie (who is coincidentally dating Dave Franco in real life) to take on the role.

Winston Zeddemore is the final piece of the foursome, and we'd like Dave Franco would fill the role as the misfit in a group of misfits.

Neighbor and admirer of Dana Barrett, Louis Tulley eventually finds himself in the midst of the paranormal activity at his apartment building. When spirits get loose, shy and awkward Tulley is possessed and becomes aggressive and combative and eventually takes to the streets of Central Park to harass strangers. For this role, we nominate Justin Long to shed his puppy-dog eyes and embrace his wild side.

Dr. Raymond Stantz, the heart of the operation, is smart and passionate. As an expert in paranormal history and, shockingly, the Bible, Stantz possesses the knowledge that helped build the Ghostbusters team. Following his performance in The Interview, we want to see Seth Rogen expand on a character that is intelligent and analytic, and fuel the film with comedy and passion.
