With roles in the upcoming horror sequel A Quiet Place 2 and the prestige racing drama Ford v Ferrari, Noah Jupe is poised for stardom. But first, the 14-year-old London native appears in Honey Boy as a child actor coping with a volatile father played by the film’s writer, Shia LaBeouf, who quickly went from being “the guy from the Transformers movies” to something of a mentor. “Shia is always giving me advice. He taught me how to be truthful and honest as a person and actor, but he also told me not to buy a fast car when I turn 18. He said, ‘If you’re buying a fast car, you better ring me up, and I will advise you not to.'”
