Lipps Service: Marquee Names
In our Friday feature, Lipps Service, One Model Management owner Scott Lipps shares photos from his fabulous life with us once a week, right here. This week was a rare slow one for Scott—but, like everyone else in New York, he’s prepping for the madness of Fashion Week, Sundance and more. (And unlike everyone else in New York, Scott is also getting ready for Monday night’s Courtney Love show at Sundance, at which he’ll be drumming, and the arrival of the POP LIPPS book in September 2013!) In the meantime, plenty happens even in an off week: meals at new hotspots Empellón Cocina and L’Apicio, lots of model pics with new pals like Atlanta de Cadenet-Taylor, and seeing Curb Your Enthusiasm comedian JB Smoove (maybe the funniest guy alive, in Scott’s humble opinion). And he managed to pop by the grand opening of the re-envisioned Marquee, which was every bit as crazy as anticipated. Coming up next week: Sundance!
