“Hit the Road, Jack”: Drag: The Musical’s Jimbo on Porn, Polyamory, and Justin Trudeau

Jimbo, the first-ever winner of Canada’s Drag Race, has slowly been conquering America. First, RuPaul invited the Ontario-born, self-described drag clown to compete on the eighth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, which he won, comprehensively dispatching a rogue’s gallery of former winners. Now, Jimbo’s made it to the Great White Way. Earlier this week, he took over for Alaska Thunderfuck as the lead in DRAG: The Musical, the Liza Minnelli-produced off-Broadway hit at New World Stages. But there’s been turmoil up north, from tensions with Donald Trump to the resignation of Justin Trudeau. So we got ahold of Jimbo in his dressing room for this week’s Rorschach Test, in which he sounds off on Drake, the Prime Minister, and, of course, douching.
